I want to ask help for my son Lorenzo Vito undergo a surgery

Here is my son's story...

Hi! I am Lorenzo Vito Tumaliwan. I am already 11 years old and I’ll be in the 6th Grade when school starts this year. There are a lot of things that I enjoy doing such as science experiments, playing badminton, sketching cartoon characters, making my comics, and building toys from random things. However, despite all the normal activities that I enjoy I am diagnosed with a Bilateral Orchidopexy something that can no longer be treated as a minor matter. 

When I was a few months old, I was diagnosed with Hernia and Undescended Testis, both bilateral. When I was 8 months old my hernia was successfully operated. But my doctor did not include my undescended testis during the operation. At that time, my doctor said that an operation is not yet a need as this might still be treated non-invasively. Undescended testis is a condition where a testicle that hasn’t moved into its proper position in the bag of skin hanging below the scrotum before birth. However, when I reached the age of 4 years old, the doctor already suggested having it operated since my condition has not improved for my testicles to descend but the possibility of having it treated non-invasively can still be considered. Since our family did not have funds to support another operation, we opted to just rely on that non-invasive possibility. And so that brings us to now. Until now, my testis is still undescended and it is already posing another threat to my body. My parents took me to a pediatric surgeon to have my condition checked again and was advised to get an ultrasound. True enough, my undescended testicles are still located in the same position and one egg has shrunk into a few mm which may lead to making it malignant. I need an operation ASAP. Postponing my operation increases the chances of me having cancer. I am knocking on your generous hearts to help me raise funds for my operation. My family is already starting to save for it but it will take quite a long time for us to come up with the needed amount to have my operation done right away. When we went to the doctor, we already asked how much we need to raise and here is the breakdown that we got: 

Operation/Doctor’s Fee – Php 80,000 

Medicine Bills – Php 5,000 

Hospital Bills – Php 15,000 

TOTAL – Php 100,000 

This amount is quite large but I am very hopeful and positive that with your help this will be reached. I am forever grateful for your generosity and prayers. I assure you that your help will not be put to waste. I will live healthily and I will be pursuing my dreams. Also, as my operation and recovery progress, I will keep you all in the loop. Attached is my ultrasound which was taken in the month of March 2019.
