My name is Fakuta and I live in Yola, Nigeria!
I'm trying to raise some funds in order to get the professional certificates I need to become a chartered accountant!
Becoming a chartered accountant and establishing my own audit firm
I studied Accounting at Ahmadu Bello University.
My dad always supported my to success and I did my best to graduate with good grades. Currently, I'm working as an accountant.
I would like to take it to the next level so I need to become a chartered accountant! I'm not able to sponsor myself and that's why I decided to opened a project in Airtripp Funding.
Saving money with a lot of effort
I need to attend different specialization courses on Accounting.
The course is organized by the National Accountants Association of Nigeria (ANAN), and takes classes at the Accounting university in Lagos, so I should move to Lagos.
During one year I will take different courses about Accounting, Economy, etc. I would like to take 9 different courses in total. As I have to move to Lagos, I will have to pay for lodging and other expenses.
I managed to save $550, after a huge effort.
I want to become a source of inspiration to other young girls
If I success, I want to become an inspiration to other young girls in my community to encourage and support them to follow their dreams.
In my community, high education for girls is not supported. They are not encourage to pursuit their dreams. I want to change that, I want to change the society!
In the future I want to set up an audit firm and become a role model for many women!

I would like to raise $1,500 that I will add to my own savings. Thank you very much in advance for your help!

If I manage to collect enough funds, I will be able to pay the entrance fee and school fee.
Due to a close deadline, I would like to raise funds as soon as possible. In the future, once I become a chartered accountant, I will do my best to create my own audit firm!
If I don't receive enough support I will keep doing my best and saving until achieving my target!
My salary is not high, so I know it will take me years, but I won't give up!
